CANCELATIONS :
Cancelations are accepted up until your order has shipped, as soon as your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation. Once that email has sent we cannot process a cancelation and you will have to request a return. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days with the exception of customs and commissions. Cancelations for customs and commissions are accepted, but due to their nature any deposits paid are non refundable. See COMMISSIONS & CUSTOMS for more details. 


RETURNS : 
Due to the nature of these items: prints, customs and commissions are NON RETURNABLE. Prints are refundable if you request a cancelation, as long as your order has not shipped. (See CANCELATIONS above for more details.) Should anything arrive damaged, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you. We accept returns for our other items, but you are responsible for any return shipping costs.


PRIVACY POLICY : 
Any personal information you choose to share with RP such as emails, numbers, addresses, and names are for the sole purpose of communicating with you concerning your orders. RP does not share your personal information. Any images submitted pertaining to customs and commissions are not posted or shared on social media platforms or the website gallery without your consent. Each commission agreement gives you the option to keep your commission private or give me the okay to share and add to my gallery.
